Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on product immersion, analyze product features and performance, integrate retail sales insights to identify selling points.
- Develop practical product training materials and promoter sales tools to enhance retail performance.
- Responsible for new product training initiatives to ensure nationwide effective implementation.
- Manage social media training accounts (TikTok & Instagram), regularly create and publish product/sales skill short videos.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in product/sales training.
- Advanced
English is mandatory. - Working proficiency in Chinese is desirable.
- Passion for sales and technology.
- Enthusiasm for training, willingness to travel within Brazil, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, video editing, and related tools.
