Business Controller LATAM - Your next step?

As a Business Controller, reporting to the Regional Commercial Controller, you will support the strategies and development of Commercial with sound financial, controlling together with interpretive and predictive analysis to allow decision-making by commercial management, leading to improved productivity and enhanced profitability for the division, to deliver performance goals.

This is a hybrid position (4 days at the office, 1 day remote) at our Jaguaré site.

Main responsibilities:

Financial Performance Reporting

• Review annual budget (financial and non-financial) for compliance to targets
• Perform monthly review of actual performance versus target/prior year (Sales, Margin and OPex analysis, headcount and overall performance)
• Ensure data accuracy and meaningfulness of Commercial financial and Indicators data through regular reviews. Perform audits to ensure compliance to policies&procedures
• Perform ad-hoc and proactive analysis to support the Commercial organisation

Financial Planning

• Provide guidance to Commercial team, identify opportunities and develop corrective actions together with Commercial Business Partner to meet financial and non-financial targets
• Develop in collaboration with Regional Commercial Controller the annual operating targets by market and review with headquarters
• Help develop the regions commercial 5 year business plan and annual operating budgets according to Divisions goals&initiatives

Sales & Marketing Support

• Support Sales&Marketing in planning campaigns by providing cost and forecasted benefits analysis

Processes

• Work with Regional Commercial Controller for improvement, streamlining and automation of reporting processes
• Support process improvement projects in the region (Indicator setting, Definitions and Tools) and maintain regional Lean KPI tool

You?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Administration or Accounting.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in controlling/finance with international background
• Fluent English.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• SAP knowledge.
