Customer Support Specialist

Responsabilidades da vaga

O
Customer Support Specialist
é o responsável direto pelos resultados dos clientes de sua carteira.

Entre as principais atividades:

Acompanhar de perto a rotina dos clientes, entendendo necessidades, metas e números.

Realizar reuniões estratégicas semanais.

Criar, organizar e ajustar os funis de vendas dos clientes.

Acompanhar métricas e indicadores (CPL, leads, agendamentos, conversões).

Trabalhar diariamente o relacionamento com o cliente, garantindo proximidade, confiança e alinhamento.

Cobrar execuções internas (gestores, equipe de criativos e demais setores).

Buscar oportunidades de crescimento e sugerir melhorias estratégicas.

Garantir, acima de tudo, que o cliente tenha resultado.

Obs.: O Customer Success Analyst não opera Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM ou ferramentas.

Ele acompanha as métricas e direciona as equipes responsáveis (gestor de tráfego, criativos, etc.).

Seu foco é relacionamento, estratégia, análise e resultados.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Experiência prévia com atendimento, marketing e vendas.

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

Capacidade analítica voltada a métricas e performance.

Organização, senso de prioridade e visão estratégica.

Perfil proativo, com iniciativa e capacidade de tomar decisões.

Maturidade emocional e habilidade para lidar com pressão.

Disponibilidade para ambiente presencial (Centro Cívico – Curitiba).

Diferencial: experiência no nicho odontológico.
