The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for Field Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will: (responsibilities):The support services at the user's table (Desk Side) are made up of the following components: Laptops/Desktops Thin client Basic printer support Coordinate with a third-party vendor for hardware or software issues Hardware repair (break fix) Software repair (break fix) Repair services (Break-Fix) will be managed by a dedicated Desk Side engineer at each site. Engineers must maintain, update, and oversee every aspect of computer networksAssist customers in their inquiries and provide troubleshooting support when neededProvide training and assistance to IT technicians and help desk techniciansDesign computer systems to meet the particular needs of the organizationAct as the first point of contact for clients concerning their computer systems and hardware issuesEnsure proper logging and documentation of all issuesMonitor daily performance of systemsTurn in detailed reports for technical assistance requests, including the procedure utilized to resolve the issue, dates and times, and the individuals involved in the caseEngineers will be expected to install and configure computer applicationsPortuguese Language (English as a Second Language) Support services at the user's Desk (Desk Side) The service hours will be covered according to the need of the locality. For Manufacturing Plants, 7x24 coverage is required.
