This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in an full in person work model. {We are looking for local Talent}
Main Responsibilities

• Support the development of the prospect and investor base in order to contribute recommendations for meetings.
• Support the preparation of materials for roadshows, conference calls, and other meetings.
• Assist in maintaining and updating SalesForce and iLevel tools.
• Supervise the disclosure of information and communications via the Investor Portal.
• Support the capital call/distribution process (pipeline and disclosure).
• Monitor the market and competitors through reports and/or spreadsheets.
• Participate with the senior team in calls and meetings with investors, providing support with relevant information.
• Suggest improvements to the area's routines, making them more efficient, and keep track of the area's goals and KPIs.
• Support the demands of other areas when requested.
• Monitor and guide interns, promoting technical and organizational development.
• Prepare reports and presentations with structured data, ensuring the quality of materials, in line with the area's strategy.
• Participate in meetings with investors, supporting the organization of agendas and events.

Main Requirements

• Advanced English is mandatory; a good understanding of Spanish will be a plus.
• Be familiar with the main fund documents (LPA and Regulations).
• Be familiar with the assets in the area, contributing information for reports and meetings with investors.
• Demonstrate understanding of the alternative investment market in Private Equity, and its main players and trends.
