DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive operational excellence initiatives across Amazon's Fulfillment Centers and Supply Chain operations in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformational projects, implement continuous improvement programs, and drive scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will strategize, drive and execute operational initiatives, innovations, programs and features for Amazon Operations in Brazil to create better customer experience and drive cost benefits across our fulfillment network. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including internal teams of Operations, Field Teams, Tech team, Business Analytics, and Support teams across Brazil and World-Wide geos. The ability to influence others without authority and speed to execution will be critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate possesses a track record of successful relationship management, program and project management, strong analytical and business acumen, and experience managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills, Earn Trust, Bias for Action, Deliver Results and Think Big will be essential to your success. The candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of program and business problems to create successful results.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic operational improvement initiatives across fulfillment centers and supply chain networks in Brazil
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and execute process optimization projects that drive cost efficiency and operational excellence
  • Create and manage execution strategies, setting clear priorities and communicating progress to stakeholders across all levels
  • Develop and implement performance metrics, analyzing data to drive data-based decision making and continuous improvement
  • Lead process standardization efforts and ensure best practice sharing across different sites
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, finance, and technology teams to implement innovative solutions
  • Conduct pilot projects, analyze results, and scale successful initiatives across multiple facilities
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high quality and safety standards
  • Mentor and develop team members in continuous improvement methodologies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in project and program management
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
