About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to turn strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and with clarity. You'll drive execution, introduce best practices, and monitor progress across teams, helping the company scale its operations and strengthen its project management culture.

 
On a typical day, you will…
  • Translate strategic initiatives into structured execution plans, connecting timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Elevate project management standards by introducing frameworks, rituals, and tools that bring clarity and rhythm to execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify blockers or risks, and facilitate problem solving to keep delivery on track. 
  • Support leaders in defining how to reach strategic achievements, bringing a "classic PM approach" with strong methodology and discipline.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports, translating project progress into metrics and insights for leadership.
  • Promote PMO practices and project management culture across teams, helping the company mature our operating model.
 
What you'll need to bring
  • Proven experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within technology companies or startups.
  • Solid understanding of PMO frameworks and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent English and Portuguese communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in structuring and implementing processes from scratch, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • A proactive, organized, and hands-on mindset
