Nosso cliente, uma multinacional do segmento de ingredientes alimentício, está em busca de um(a) Sales Trainer para fazer parte de sua equipe.
Responsabilidades
- Desenvolver e entregar programas estruturados e abrangentes de treinamento de vendas para novas contratações (integração) e equipe existente.
- Avaliar necessidades de treinamento usando avaliações de desempenho e feedback de planos de desenvolvimento pessoal.
- Utilizar a matriz de habilidades da empresa para avaliar lacunas/necessidades de treinamento da equipe e de indivíduos.
- Colaborar com Marketing, P&D e gerentes de vendas para identificar áreas de melhoria e desenvolver iniciativas de treinamento direcionadas, garantindo que o conteúdo seja preciso e relevante para o mercado.
- Garantir que os treinadores possuam amplo conhecimento dos produtos e serviços vendidos, em parceria com especialistas no assunto para fornecer suporte de treinamento conforme necessário.
- Coordenar/fornecer à equipe as habilidades necessárias por meio de treinamentos nos sistemas da empresa para que se tornem Melhores Operadores de Negócio (CRM, IBP, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Planos de Contas-Chave…).
- Criar materiais de treinamento, incluindo apresentações, manuais, módulos online e documentos de orientação.
- Conduzir workshops, seminários e sessões individuais de coaching, abrangendo os principais mercados regionais do Brasil.
- Monitorar e avaliar a eficácia dos programas de treinamento e fazer os ajustes necessários.
- Manter-se atualizado com as tendências do setor e melhores práticas para garantir que o conteúdo do treinamento seja relevante e impactante.
- Fornecer suporte contínuo e mentoria aos membros da equipe.
Requisitos
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência com inteligência de mercado B2B.
- Inglês avançado.
- Experiência em indústria.
