- We are looking for an outstanding Sales Trainer to join our Ad Sales Training & Enablement Team based in São Paulo, Brazil. You will be responsible for delivering on-boarding training, coaching new hires, delivering product training, and facilitating sales skills workshops for the Spotify advertising sales and sales support teams throughout Latin America. These teams are responsible for driving advertising revenue from our top enterprise accounts in Mexico and Brazil.

What You'll Do
- Work with sales leadership to build a training strategy for our sales teams
- Conduct on-boarding sessions for new hires throughout the region, and coach new sales hires as ramp up
- Work with internal teams, such as Product Marketing and Business Marketing, to conduct sessions on new products and sales positioning
- Conduct needs assessments, build training curriculum, facilitate workshops, and manage 3rd party training partners
- Occasional travel throughout the region to provide onsite training and coaching
- Provide 1:1 coaching for sales staff as needed

Who You Are
- 6+ of digital media industry experience, including 1 year minimum of sales training experience
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising industry, including programmatic, targeting, media planning and measurement
- Experience with all aspects of sales training: needs assessment, building lessons and job aides, selecting vendors, working with SMEs, and facilitation
- A passion for helping people improve and perform
- A successful track record of developing internal relationships with learners, managers, partners, and SMEs
- Strong ability to adapt your training style to learners’ needs
- Comfortable delivering candid feedback in a professional manner
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, in different regions and on different timelines
- Ability to see the big picture and to work with sales staff in a productive, practical and constructive way
- Some previous sales experience or media sales/buying experience preferred
