Sobre a posição

Buscamos gerentes experientes em Recrutamento e Seleção
, com atuação em posições de todos os níveis hierárquicos no Brasil e paixão por conectar os talentos certos aos desafios certos. Você fará parte de um time com papel essencial na construção da Keeta no país, em um momento em que a velocidade é necessária pois nosso objetivo é escalar o time com qualidade, para sustentar o crescimento da operação no Brasil.

Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças, entendendo as necessidades das áreas em crescimento.
  • Construir e nutrir uma rede de talentos via pesquisa proativa e relacionamento contínuo.
  • Conduzir processos seletivos completos: alinhamento, atração, seleção e integração.
  • Analisar dados do funil de recrutamento e propor melhorias contínuas.
  • Capacitar gestores em boas práticas de seleção.
  • Apoiar ou liderar projetos estratégicos de recrutamento e seleção.
  • Contribuir diretamente para a construção do time no Brasil.

Requisitos

  • Superior completo em RH, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas afins.
  • Sólida experiência com recrutamento estratégico, idealmente em empresas globais.
  • Atuação com vagas de todos os níveis hierárquicos em âmbito nacional.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de recrutamento (ATS, sourcing).
  • Inglês avançado (obrigatório) – reporte direto ao time global com reuniões em inglês realizadas diariamente (processo seletivo será em inglês).
  • Modelo de Trabalho: Presencial 5x

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em empresas na fase inicial de operação no Brasil (stage 0→1), especialmente em contextos de rápida expansão.
  • Vivência prévia com empresas chinesas ou atuação em ambientes multiculturais com estruturas e dinâmicas asiáticas.
