We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Junior
to join our People team and help us attract and develop top talent across Brazil. You will focus on bringing on-board amazing people that will love our culture and embrace our values. What you will focus on:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle for entry- and mid-level positions for operations team
  • Post job openings on different platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

What we are looking for:

  • 1 year of experience with hiring process;
  • Knowledge and experience of online sourcing including social/professional networking (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable and articulate.
  • Advanced English
