We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Junior
to join our People team and help us attract and develop top talent across Brazil. You will focus on bringing on-board amazing people that will love our culture and embrace our values. If you are a target-driven professional, who has a passion for attracting great talent and creating an exceptional candidate experience, this is an opportunity to drive your career forward
What you will focus on:
- Support the full recruitment cycle for entry- and mid-level positions for operations team
- Post job openings on different platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
What we are looking for:
- 1 year of experience with hiring process;
- Knowledge and experience of online sourcing including social/professional networking (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable and articulate.
- Advanced English
