We are seeking a proactive and organized
Part-Time Personal Assistant
based in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
, to support our director during an upcoming visit to the city. The role involves a wide range of administrative and personal tasks, requiring a high level of discretion, flexibility, and reliability.
While this is initially a short-term engagement, depending on how things go, it may develop into a longer-term temporary working relationship, as the director is expected to make more frequent visits to Rio de Janeiro.
Must be available for in-person work during the director's visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide translation and communication support as needed
- Assist with personal errands and day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate events, bookings, and reservations
- Liaise with external contacts and service providers
Requirements:
- Residency in
Rio de Janeiro - Professional English
- Availability during the director's visits (exact dates will be provided in advance)
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
(written and verbal) - Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Availability to complete tasks remotely in between visits
