Introduction:

As a Research Executive, you will learn and support the execution of various research designs, methodologies, analyses, and reporting to support client needs and research objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Help ensure data and reports being provided to clients are accurate through necessary attention to detail and high levels of quality assurance
  • Perform quality checks on programmed survey links and final data sets
  • Prepare data tabulation and banner specifications
  • Manage communication between all internal teams, including operations and client service
  • Monitor in-field progress of research studies and coordinate with project management and sampling teams to ensure that all quotas are fulfilled within the agreed-upon deadline
  • Create visually appealing PowerPoint reports for clients under the guidance of senior team members
  • Attend and observe client-facing research activities to develop a client-first customer focus
  • Familiarize and grow knowledge specific to Toluna offerings and how/when to apply various Toluna offerings to research needs

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Passion for marketing research and technology
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Curious—a drive to find out the why behind the data to help in development of findings for clients
  • A team player Build and develop connections with internal teams in support of good team communication and workflow
  • Skilled in time management—you have strong time management skills and can proactively and independently prioritize internal/external requests
  • Detailed-oriented, highly organized, and Technologically savvy
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and meet moving deadlines
  • Ability to balance project goals with multitude of logistics requirements and key milestones
  • Strong oral and written communication skills—able to understand, interpret, clarify and confirm the requests and needs of others
  • Proficient in MS Office, with focus on PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the development of charts/tables
  • Experience working with data tables is a plus
