O Team Lead será responsável por orientar uma equipe de modeladores , garantindo qualidade e eficiência nos projetos. Além de supervisionar o trabalho técnico, esse profissional atuará na modelagem de projetos, garantindo que os modelos sejam desenvolvidos com excelência e alinhados às melhores práticas.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

Orientar a equipe sobre o uso de softwares e melhores práticas de modelagem;

Realizar Controle de Qualidade dos projetos e identificar informações ausentes;

Desenvolver novos elementos de modelo (famílias, blocos, etc.);

Detectar e solucionar interferências entre disciplinas ;

Gerenciar bibliotecas de elementos BIM e manter modelos atualizados;

Trabalhar com nuvens de pontos para representar a realidade capturada com precisão;

Elaborar documentação técnica organizada e livre de erros;

Ministrar treinamentos para a equipe e desenvolver soluções inovadoras;

Monitorar o desempenho da equipe, dando feedbacks construtivos;

Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e padrões de qualidade definidos no projeto.

O que buscamos nesse profissional:

Experiência com modelagem BIM e softwares como Navisworks, ACC e Revit ;

Conhecimento em gestão de equipe e eficiência de projetos ;

Habilidade para conduzir e participar de reuniões em inglês;

Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.
