Chili Internship Program – Sales & Commercial Development

Chili is looking for ambitious students who want to explore the world of sales, commercial strategy, and business development. If you're curious about how companies grow internationally, passionate about marketing, and eager to learn the art of prospecting, outreach, and client acquisition, this is your chance to join a fast-paced, data-driven, and innovative environment.

Program Overview

Duration: Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hire
Workload: 6 hours per day
Openings: 2 positions
Location: Hybrid – São Paulo

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outreach and prospecting activities to generate new leads.

  • Support in preparing sales decks, proposals, and presentations.

  • Research and analyze markets, industries, and competitors.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and campaign strategies.

  • Assist in building client qualification processes and reporting pipelines.

  • Learn to use CRM and sales automation tools to manage leads and track performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Students from 2nd year onward (Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, or related fields).

  • Interest in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Communication skills in Portuguese (English and/or Spanish is a strong plus).

  • Curiosity and ambition to grow in the commercial side of digital business.
