Description and RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Support regional marketing initiatives, including product rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met across markets.
- Maintain project governance templates and source of truth, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate status updates with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, global and local.
Budget Operations:
- Manage regional budget planning and tracking for all franchises and operational initiatives.
- Partner with finance and commercial teams to ensure accurate forecasting and spend control.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support ROI analysis for strategic investments.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop data patterns and establish collect formats across multiple sources
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs and Budget Controls reports
- Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and market trends to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with BI and data teams to ensure data integrity, reports maintaince and actionable insights.
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, financial operations, or analytics, preferably in telecom or mobile industry.
- Strong command of Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira).
- Familiarity with telecom KPIs, mobile technologies, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
