Responsabilidades:

- Criação de Call log e tickets de serviços;

- Elaborar cotações de serviço;

- Elaborar e atualizar planilhas do setor;

- Definir estratégias e procedimentos para tratar não conformidades do processo de serviços e identificar eventuais gargalos propondo e/ou adotando as medidas corretivas necessárias;

- Processar e controlar as ordens de compra recebidas de clientes, e manter controle das alterações nos pedidos de clientes;

- Controlar os pedidos de vendas, em termos de prazo, visando o atingimento das metas;

- Organizar o material e planejar a sequência do trabalho;

- Utilizar o sistema integrado para controles e relatórios, dar suporte ao time e ao líder do departamento as atividades pertinentes à área;

- Participar da implementação de sistemas de qualidade e integrados;

- Executar as ações do plano de ação em andamento; - Gerar números necessários para o acompanhamento dos objetivos e metas;

- Discutir estratégias com o superior e participar de reuniões;

- Elaboração de documentação (databooks);

- Envio de documentos para o RigTSC;

- Conferir documentos e solicitar BKD;

- Criação de embarques / atividades no Quintiq;

- Geração de relatório do Rig Survey no Cronos;

- Abertura e monitoramento de WOM/Requisition (quando implantado);

- Follow up com cliente de cotações enviadas (Visual compliance e cadastro do oracle);

- Criação de certificados (CoC, SOF) e relatórios (databook);

- Controle das planilhas de leveling;

- Solicitação de OP / WIP / SOA no Oracle; - Envio de SOA para clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Curso Técnico completo e/ou Curso Superior cursando;
  • Conhecimento avançado de Excel;
  • Experiência prévia em atividades semelhantes;
  • Conhecimento intermediário de inglês (será testado);
  • Desejável conhecimento em Oracle e Ms Project.
