Missão O Especialista em Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) deve ser altamente analítico(a) e estratégico(a), com forte habilidade de comunicação e influência, capaz de transformar dados em ações práticas que impulsionem o desempenho da força de campo. Esse(a) profissional será peça-chave para garantir a alocação inteligente de recursos, o aproveitamento pleno das oportunidades de mercado e a construção de um negócio seguro, rentável e sustentável, contribuindo diretamente para a liderança da companhia no segmento.Principais responsabilidades:·Garantir a melhor alocação da força de vendas com base em análises de mercado, segmentação de clientes, roteirização e cobertura geográfica;·Desenvolver e evoluir modelos e ferramentas de FFE (e.g., dimensionamento de equipe, targeting, call planning, etc.);·Atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) das lideranças comerciais, influenciando decisões com base em dados e inteligência de mercado;·Traduzir análises complexas em mensagens claras e acionáveis para diferentes níveis da organização;·Monitorar KPIs relacionados à efetividade da força de campo, propondo ajustes e planos de ação quando necessário;·Conduzir análises de produtividade e rentabilidade de forma a maximizar o retorno sobre os investimentos em campo;·Suportar projetos de transformação comercial com foco em excelência operacional.Requisitos:·Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas; Pós-graduação/MBA é um diferencial;·Sólida experiência em funções de Field Force Effectiveness, Excelência Comercial, Inteligência de Mercado ou Planejamento Comercial;· Necessário Excel avançado, - Desejável conhecimento em Power BI, Tableau ou similares;
