The position is based in Switzerland, and you will report to the Global Insights Lead.

This is how you impact the people we are here to serve:

  • Conduct market research and assessments to inform our strategies

  • Collaborate with Global & Regional Brand and Digital Leads to meet their insights needs

  • Lead and contribute to various market insights projects across the portfolio

  • Work closely with Marketing, Medical & Pricing stakeholders to understand their specific requirements

  • Assist in Global Competitive Intelligence projects

  • Support Global Marketing projects as needed

Who are you?
We are seeking a curious individual, midway through their MR career. You will be change-oriented, adaptable to evolving market dynamics, and possess a strong willingness to embrace new approaches. Flexibility, both in mindset and work approach, is crucial.

Moreover, effective cooperation skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams are highly valued traits, ensuring that your insights translate into actionable strategies that benefit our global mission of improving and saving lives. You also hold:

  • 3-5 years' experience in pharma market research, preferably in the Vaccines sector, though Consumer pharmaceuticals (Rx or OTC) also considered

  • Strong ability to understand and analyse Consumer Behaviour and support the development of impactful calls to action

  • Ability to understand customer views, balancing internal business needs/drivers/priorities

  • Experience in applying Behavioural Science as a discipline, either within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or FMCG world.

  • Good interpersonal skills with effective written & verbal communication, paired with solid data analysis skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Understanding of designing customer-driven digital experiences and journeys, including exposure to using MR to support digital marketing.

  • Experience in using AI (CoPilot Studio) to amplify the reach of Market Research is a strong asset

  • Experience working in local and global insights positions

  • English is a must – either German or French is relevant
