Job Description
The Strategic Planning Sr Manager will lead the design and orchestration of end-to-end consumer engagement strategies across LATAM, connecting CRM, App, Rewards and E-commerce journeys through data-driven insights.
Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across cultures and functions. Your insights and strategic planning will directly support enhance customer experience across multiple LATAM markets, with regular presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
This role will combine service design methodologies, consumer data insights, and strategic planning to drive retention, recovery, and loyalty outcomes, ensuring a consistent and measurable impact on consumer lifetime value (CLV) and D2C revenue contribution.
Key Job Responsabilities
- Lead the design of strategies to integrated consumer experiences across CRM, app, and e-commerce channels, focusing on retention, recovery and reactivation flows.
- Transform insights into a actionable hypotheses to improve conversion, retention and loyalty.
- Facilitate ideation and prioritization workshops across countries to define short-, mid- and long-term initiatives by impact and feasibility (effort-impact matrix).
- Visualize and communicate insights through dashboards, journey maps, and storytelling decks that connect consumer behavior to business impact.
- Partner with local market teams to adapt and scale insight-driven strategies, ensuring learnings and best practices are shared across LATAM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design or Data Analytics.
- Experience in CRM, Loyalty, Service Design or Consumer Insights strategy.
- Proven ability to apply Service Design methodologies, including journey mapping, services blue print, co-creation workshops and ecosystem modeling to diagnose pain points and translate insights into a measurable business outcome (increase retention, conversion or satisfaction).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and external agencies in a matrix organization.
- Advanced English Skills.
- Advanced Spanish Skills will be considered a plus.
