We are a growing multi-property hospitality company seeking a high-level, emotionally mature COO to take ownership of daily operations and guest services across our portfolio. This is a remote role with 1–2 annual in-person visits for strategic planning and operational audits.

Role Overview:

The COO will oversee all operational functions including guest services, inspections, field teams, SOPs, quality control, scheduling, and coordination with accounting. This executive role ensures process efficiency, team alignment, and exceptional guest experiences while driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and guest services across all properties.
  • Manage remote and on-site teams, fostering accountability, communication, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee inspectors, field operations, maintenance, vendor standards, and SOP implementation.
  • Handle escalations, service recovery strategies, and maintain 5-star guest experience standards.
  • Own hiring pipelines, training, and development for operational teams; address performance issues effectively.
  • Approve refunds, verify owner statements, and ensure process accuracy with accounting.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, quarterly planning, forecasting, and budget oversight.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in operational leadership, preferably in hospitality, property management, real estate, or BPO.
  • Proven ability to lead remote and hybrid teams with emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.
  • Strong process orientation, strategic thinking, and exceptional English communication skills.
  • Experience in SOP development, workflow standardization, and operational excellence.
