Job Description:

Revenue Operations is a new department at Pipefy, and we're currently forming our team and establishing our role within the organization. Our focus is on delivering efficient solutions that support revenue generation processes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and data oriented Professional Services / Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations and business analysis, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness in the Implementations and connecting the handoff between Sales and PS processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating actionable insights from data to continuously improve processes and initiatives, ensuring long-term solutions, but able to quickly address specific issues while long-term solutions are developed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and in alignment with other analysts on the RevOps team sharing insights, roadmap actions to; guarantee End-to-end cohesion and alignment on marketing, sales and customer journey
  • Collaborate with Sales, PS and CS teams building processes to optimize; the customer journey and experience
  • Work closely with the data team in order to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategies and decisions;
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the support team to understand the tickets in the implementation phase to improve the journey;
  • Workflow management - Track and report team capacity according to the implementation demand and automation of the processes for directing new accounts to the ISMs;
  • Track services pipeline and connect it with capacity plan to identify triggers such as: new hires, necessity for partner services, etc.
  • Support PS leaders to coordinate project timelines to reflect the best WFM plan, and resources to ensure successful delivery;
  • Contribute to the development of implementation services strategies and action plans

based on analyses, insights and reflecting optimizations customer journey;

  • Analyze the essential tools and platforms to support the team;
  • Discuss best practices for system integration and optimization;
  • Support monthly meetings with insights and results up to date;
  • Closing analysis to support Professional Services team to understand and map the next steps to achieve company goals;
  • Responsible for ensuring weekly cadences to track results and forecast process improving team efficiency and aligning with data team KPIs and dashboards needed to support them.
  • Create revenue and capacity plans connected to the company's revenue plan, support cost estimation and definition of margin and P&L goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business operations, preferably in professional services or implementation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
