Role Description

This is a full-time Logistics Coordinator role, offering a hybrid working model based in Curitiba, PR, with some flexibility for remote work. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the daily management and coordination of logistics activities, including inventory management, supply chain operations, and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipments, liaising with suppliers and clients, analyzing logistics processes to optimize efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, address operational challenges, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess logistics operations and identify efficiencies.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management practices.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with logistics software and tools is a plus.
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role is an advantage.
