é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga, com mais de 30 anos de atuação no comércio exterior e especializada em freight forwarder. Aqui você trabalhará no setor de
Operations
, o responsável por garantir o desenho logístico do embarque, acompanhando de perto as operações de coleta, importação e exportação de cargas, além da verificação documental em cada país.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
Principais desafios:

  • Contato com os exportadores na origem: solicitação e/ou envio de documentos (invoice, packing list, bill of lading e etc.);
  • Acompanhamento sobre processos com os incoterms FCA (transportadoras na origem) e EXW (exportadores e transportadoras na origem);
  • Lançamento de custos;
  • Contato com o armazém na origem para conferência de chegadas, emissão de warehouse receipt (análise das cargas, embalagem, peso);
  • Conferência e emissão de documentos (EEI Report, invoice, packing list, label e etc);
  • Emissão de conhecimento de embarque;
  • Follow up com as cias aéreas;
  • Envio de informações para o CCT.

Requisitos e qualificações
Pré-requisitos:

  • Inglês intermediário a avançado - será testado;
  • Nível Superior completo;
  • Experiência com coordenação de embarque;
  • Conhecimento sobre processos de importação (EUA X Brasil);
  • Conhecimento sobre incoterms (FCA e EXW);
  • Experiência em agente de carga.
