The Impact You Will Create:
- Spearhead technical and solution pre-sales engagements
for prospective Netcore customers across the LATAM region. - Conduct
in-depth discovery of customer tech stacks
to understand their current infrastructure and future needs. - Identify critical business and technical challenges and opportunities
where Netcore's solutions can provide significant value. - Craft compelling and comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposal/Information (RFP/RFI)
, showcasing our unique capabilities. - Develop and deliver polished and insightful product demonstrations
tailored to specific client requirements and business objectives. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
, including Product Marketing, Product Development, Consulting, Growth, Onboarding, and Customer Success, to bridge gaps, inform future strategies, and ensure seamless customer journeys. - Contribute to the development and refinement of the Sales Engineer playbook
, sharing best practices and insights for the LATAM market. - Represent Netcore at industry events, conferences, and meetups
across the LATAM region, building brand awareness and thought leadership.

2-5 years of experience
in sales engineering or pre-sales within the
MarTech industry
. - Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
in both technical and business contexts, with fluency in
Portuguese and English
being essential. Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable. - This role is
based in Brazil
and requires
flexibility to travel
across the LATAM region for in-person meetings with key accounts. - A genuine
passion for continuous learning
, staying abreast of new MarTech tools and evolving market trends within Latin America. - Proven ability to support clients with complex MarTech needs
, demonstrating a deep understanding of marketing automation, personalization, and customer engagement strategies. - Capacity to effectively support multiple Sales Leaders operating within the LATAM markets.
- Deep expertise in the MarTech landscape and a strong understanding of SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to craft impactful product demos that clearly showcase value to clients.
- Experience in contributing to or developing sales engineering playbooks and best practices.
- This role will report to the Regional Lead of Product Sales and Growth.
