Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Belém, PA. The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners, and drive strategies to meet business objectives. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, networking, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives to expand the organization's reach and influence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals is an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Marketing, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Negotiation, Networking, and Communication skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Proven skills in collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional groups
- Proficiency in relevant business management tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a face-to-face collaborative setting
- Experience in the publishing or religious education sector is a plus
