What You'll Do

  • Full-time on-site project lead ensuring IT service continuity and team supervision.
  • Manages asset lifecycle: inventory, security, disposal, and data analysis.
  • Oversees inspection coordination, quality tracking, and system optimization.
  • Implements service standards, training, and knowledge base maintenance.
  • Coordinates resource dispatch, shift planning, and cross-regional support.
  • Develops service processes, monitors KPIs, and enhances operational efficiency.
  • Addresses business demands, ad-hoc projects, and emergency resolutions.
  • Facilitates inter-department communication and strategic planning support.
