We are looking for a talented
Technical Product Analyst
who will be working on the management of our Payments portfolio in different regions and countries.

As a
Technical Product Analyst
for Payments, you will be pivotal in identifying, analyzing, and implementing strategies to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of our payments platform. Your deep analytical skills will guide the continuous refinement and enhancement of our platform, ensuring it operates at peak performance and maintains operational excellence. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage your expertise to drive continuous improvement and optimization of our platform's performance metrics.

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

• Performance Analysis:
  Utilize advanced analytics to scrutinize platform performance data. Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement that will drive strategic decisions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Drive Optimization Initiatives:
  Lead the charge in developing and implementing data-driven strategies for performance optimization. Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure these initiatives successfully enhance platform capabilities and user satisfaction.
• Market and Technology Trends Analysis:
  Stay abreast of emerging trends in payment technologies and industry best practices. Leverage this knowledge to recommend forward-thinking improvements and ensure the platform remains competitive and compliant with industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Work with business operations team to establish and maintain processes for ongoing performance monitoring and optimization, ensuring that performance goals are consistently met.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work with different teams in the company to facilitate communication and alignment on priorities related to payments performance.

What's mandatory:

• Expertise in payments operations, fintech or a related industry;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
• A collaborative mindset, adept at working across various teams to achieve common goals;
• A passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving;

What else would we like to see?

• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and intuitive product strategies;
• Experience in interactive product development;
• Multilingual abilities, especially in markets relevant to the company - Portuguese, English, Spanish or Chinese Madarin;
• Familiarity with tools and systems such as anti-fraud solutions, smart routing, data visualization/monitoring tools such as DataDog, Kibana and Grafana;
• Teamwork: Collaborative ideation to find the most elegant solutions;
