Ansell is looking for a Marketing Managertojoin our team in Brazil In this position you will play a vital role that will be an important contact to execute the marketing plan for Brazil and be aligned with North and Latin American business on developing/executing programs that will drive sustainable growth for the company. To establish the marketing strategies and support the sales teams and distributors. The role will manage the Brazilian marketing team, setting goals and following the development during the year, according to the development plans contributing to America's strategy with the aim of improving the overall customer experience / customer journey through our flawless execution. Lead execution of all our evolving America's strategies in Brazil:Create and execute Annual Marketing plan (Ansell & Hercules)Annual Budget administration (A&P & T&E)Lead NPDs (New Product Development) Launches Efforts (Launch campaigns and communication materials, etc.) in collaboration with Sr Category Innovation ManagerManage team and efforts to ensure flawless execution of Commercial Units plans.Explore other business opportunities (different channels/verticals) to play in. Provide recommendation to LAC and Americas leadership team.Work on communication alignment with other departments (e.g.: e-commerce)Manage daily implementation projects – liaise with Digital team, Internal design agency teams, and/or external vendors to ensure timely execution of activities based on project plans.Contribute to monthly reports / dashboards on performance of activities (e.g., sales, web site traffic, e-mail open rates, etc.)Build a high-performing, customer-centric Marketing team to effectively activate the regional organizational structure and drive the revenue engine.Implement a structured performance measurement routine for marketing activities within the events pillar, focusing on Salesforce metrics, ROI, budget control, and continuous learning.Manage, monitor, and develop strategic plans for Enablement Tools such as Highspot, Brainshark, Salsify, Marketo, Optimizely, Asset Bank, and others.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experiences and digital tacticsKnowledge in developing a media plan, involving negotiation, control, and implementation (External agencies, eg: Digital, Design and Translation suppliers)Collaborate/Develop briefing to guide partner agencies (communication agency, promotion agency and design agency, including internal design agency) to develop campaigns, contests, promotions, and packaging.Management and implementation of new global Ansell projectsMonitor the market using competitor research and actions.Interface with press consultancy companies with information about new releases, new campaigns, release control, pre-kits and crisis managementDevelopment of new suppliers and partnersInterface with Ansell's international team through conferences and emailsDevelopment of presentations for internal and external teamsInterface/Relationship with the sales team and representativesCarry out activities related to your position within your work area, participating in training programs to take on new responsibilities and multifunctional projects.Lead the execution of defined processes in the Marketing department and processes defined by other departments.Assortment leadership (Identify unmet user needs) and communicate to Commercial Units and marketing leadership.Collaborate to build channel strategy Tiers 1, 2 and 3 development and execution.Collaborate with LAC Digital team to create communication strategy development and execution.Develop and execute Traditional communication with LAC Traditional team.Collaborate with Training team (After-Sales) to develop internal and external trainings: Market insights.Develop and execute Tradeshows plan (Distributors and PPE general fairs)Plan and execute end-user/customers visits for Marketing department.What will you bring to Ansell?- - Project management and strong organizational skills- - Strong understanding of regulatory standards in Brazil- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills- - Experience with global structures and operating in a matrix environment.- - Strong analytical skills- - Results-oriented- - Creative mind- - Team player- - Able to work independently and multitask- - Flexible and adaptable- - Self-driven - Join us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today Equal Opportunity Employer: Ansell is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, marital status, parental status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
