AI & Operations Logistics Specialist – Curitiba

What You'll Do: Architect AI systems that orchestrate complex global operations with precision and efficiency, making supply chains more resilient, sustainable, and responsive to changing conditions. You'll develop machine learning models that can predict supply chain disruptions before they occur, optimize delivery routes in real time based on traffic, weather, and demand patterns, and coordinate thousands of moving pieces across multiple time zones and cultures. Your work involves building AI-powered inventory management systems that can balance cost efficiency with service levels, creating predictive maintenance algorithms that can prevent equipment failures before they impact operations, and developing optimization engines that can solve complex logistics puzzles involving multiple constraints and objectives. Additionally, you'll architect systems that can automatically reroute shipments around disruptions, build AI tools that can negotiate optimal contracts with suppliers and carriers, and create real-time visibility platforms that give stakeholders complete transparency into global operations.
