RESPONSABILITIES
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to cross-border transaction;
- Prepare regular reports on transaction volumes, trends, and performance metrics;
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators;
- Identify opportunities to streamline cross-border processes;
- Collaborate with team members to implement efficiency improvements;
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing cross-border capabilities;
- Provide support to internal teams and external partners on cross-border inquiries;
- Assist in resolving complex cross-border transaction issues;
- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation;
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in cross-border operations;
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL);
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Knowledge of international banking regulations and compliance requirements;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial software and payment systems;
- Understanding of foreign exchange markets and international trade.
