Líder de Vendas
para gerenciar uma equipe de Executivos de Vendas. Esse profissional será responsável por liderar a estratégia comercial, desenvolver o time e garantir a expansão de receitas em soluções SaaS com foco em Supplier Management e Compliance.

O papel exige visão estratégica, perfil consultivo e forte orientação a resultados, além da capacidade de formar e engajar um time de alta performance.

Responsabilidades

· Liderar, motivar e desenvolver um time de Executivos de Vendas.

· Definir metas, KPIs e estratégias comerciais voltadas para Supplier e Compliance.

· Apoiar a equipe em negociações estratégicas e no fechamento de grandes contas.

· Atuar no desenvolvimento de forecast, pipeline e relatórios de performance da equipe.

· Garantir a execução das metodologias de vendas consultivas em todo o time.

· Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing, Produto e Customer Success para alinhar estratégias e melhorar a jornada do cliente.

· Representar a área de Vendas em reuniões de liderança, trazendo análises e insights de mercado.

· Ser um multiplicador de cultura de alta performance, inovação e foco no cliente.

Requisitos

· 5 anos de experiência em liderança de equipes de vendas B2B.

· Histórico comprovado em vendas de SaaS.

· Conhecimento sólido em Supplier Management e Compliance.

· Experiência em gestão de pipeline e forecast com CRM (Salesforce)

· Habilidade de comunicação e negociação em todos os níveis hierárquicos.

· Perfil estratégico, analítico e orientado a resultados.

· Inglês avançado
