What are we looking for?

We need a product designer who can work end-to-end but whose core strength is UX over pure visual design. the role isn't about UI polish—it's about usability, experience architecture, and conceptual clarity. We're looking for someone who can crystallize ambiguity into clear flows, think at a systems level, and bring strong communication and presentation skills.

They should be autonomous, capable of taking a lead role in driving a product from early concept through to a working vision, and guiding it through multiple iterations. Just as importantly, they need to manage scope and stakeholder expectations, balancing ambition with pragmatism, and ensuring the team stays aligned around achievable outcomes. Ideally, this person could also work alongside (or even lead) a team doing user research, ensuring that insights feed into continuous product improvement over time.
