Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant, located on-site in Porto Alegre, RS. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, organizing and maintaining files, and performing other office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment and standard software (e.g., MS Office)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Relevant certification in office administration or related field is a plus
