- Suporte ao time comercial nas fases de negociação para alinhamento das condições comerciais e fiel cumprimento do escopo de fornecimento.
- Participar de reuniões com os clientes nas etapas de negociação e durante a execução de contratos.
- Organizar e conduzir a reunião de kick-off com as áreas envolvidas após o fechamento da Ordem de Compra ou Contrato de fornecimento.
- Coordenar reuniões internas periódicas sobre o andamento de projetos e indicadores de performance.
- Administrar e controlar os prazos de vencimento de contratos vigentes.
- Gerar relatórios periódicos à Direção da empresa sobre o andamento e performance financeira dos Contratos.
- Coordenar e facilitar as atividades dos diferentes Departamentos da empresa para o cumprimento de obrigações contratuais.
- Administrar e armazenar toda a documentação envolvida no processo de fechamento da venda e durante o fornecimento.
- Realizar visitas a clientes para suporte aos contratos em todas as suas etapas.
- Realizar a análise crítica de Ordens de Compra e minutas de contrato, confrontando os dados do mesmo com a proposta de fornecimento, a fim de garantir a qualidade dos mesmos;
- Realizar contato com os vendedores e/ou clientes para analisar as não conformidades identificadas;
- elaboração e análise de contratos de compra, bem como providências para alterações de cláusulas e demais ocorrências
- Entrar com os pedidos no sistema e realizar o acompanhamento dos mesmos;
- Manter os clientes informados em relação ao status dos pedidos;
- Preparar relatórios gerenciais sobre o movimento das vendas;
- Manter a organização e a atualização do cadastro via sistema;
- Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de gestão da qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional (ESH);
- Colaborar para a manutenção dos programas de qualidade e melhoria contínua;
- Zelar pela ordem e guarda, conservação dos materiais, equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade e do local de trabalho, bem como manter a organização de toda a documentação referente ao processo do trabalho.
