Job Summary

The AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance immersive, high-performance web experiences for global clients. This position combines hands-on technical work with strategic solution design, requiring expertise in machine learning algorithms, data processing, and AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem solver, adept at translating business goals into scalable AI architectures while ensuring performance, security, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, gather requirements, and architect end-to-end solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering for high-quality model inputs.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using large datasets and appropriate performance metrics.
• Select and configure AI infrastructure, tools, and frameworks to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and potential impact.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams.
• Stay informed on emerging AI trends and technologies, contributing innovative ideas to the company's AI strategy.
• Lead deployment of AI solutions into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Continuously optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven track record as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, or AI Architect.
• Strong programming skills in Python with proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and model evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, cloud platforms, and distributed computing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, drive innovation, and mentor junior team members.
