Você irá atuar na área de Strategy & Operations.
Atividades:
- Triagem de bilhetes
- Analisar os tickets contratos para definir prioridades e categorizá-los com base na urgência e complexidade.
- Categorizar os contratos ou atribuí-los para garantir o encaminhamento adequado para as equipas de apoio ou indivíduos relevantes.
- Identificar e encaminhar os casos críticos.
- Gestão de tickets: Triagem e resolução de tickets via help desk | Documentação dos tickets
- Garantir que processos operacionais estejam corretos (ex.: pagamentos)
- Interação com stakeholders, especialmente com a equipe de vendas
- Análise de performance com foco em
Data Analysis - Higienização de dados: Limpeza e organização de informações do time e dos clientes | Garantir que cada cliente esteja atribuído ao vendedor correto
Requisitos:
- Inglês Avançado/Fluente
- Superior completo
- Facilidade com análise de dados
- Desejável SQL
- Excel intermediário/avançado
- Pessoa precisa ter experiencia com contratos e capacidade analítica para analisar
