We're looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to join our growing LATAM teamIn this role, you'll be the strategic partner to our LATAM Sales Leaders, helping shape data-driven decisions, optimize go-to-market strategies, and ensure operational excellence across the region.
About The RoleWhat You'll Do
- Partner with sub-regional Sales Leaders to drive performance through data-backed insights and segment strategy.
- Identify gaps and opportunities across the funnel to accelerate revenue growth.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting key trends, performance, and opportunities.
- Own all Direct Sales cadences, dashboards, and business tools, ensuring smooth execution of the sales rhythm.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on growth initiatives that support the long-term vision for LATAM.
- Support forecasting and pipeline health reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar analytical/strategic role (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success partnering with Sales teams to drive performance and operational improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
