We're looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to join our growing LATAM teamIn this role, you'll be the strategic partner to our LATAM Sales Leaders, helping shape data-driven decisions, optimize go-to-market strategies, and ensure operational excellence across the region.

About The Role

What You'll Do

  • Partner with sub-regional Sales Leaders to drive performance through data-backed insights and segment strategy.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across the funnel to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting key trends, performance, and opportunities.
  • Own all Direct Sales cadences, dashboards, and business tools, ensuring smooth execution of the sales rhythm.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on growth initiatives that support the long-term vision for LATAM.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline health reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations.
Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar analytical/strategic role (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success partnering with Sales teams to drive performance and operational improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
