We are looking for a performance marketer who has successfully scaled affiliate marketing campaigns to $10k-$100k/day spend within the last 12 months.You will have complete ownership of a channel (Facebook, Google, or Native). You are not just a button pusher; you are a full-stack marketer who understands the technical side of tracking, the psychology of copywriting, and the creativity of ad design.The MoneyWe believe in paying for performance.Base Salary:International Candidates: $2,000 – $3,000 / month.US Candidates: ~$7,500 / month (adjusted for market median).Profit Share: 10% of team profit based on KPIs (paid quarterly).Total Potential: With the profit share, this role has a realistic path to earning $10k+/month.What You Will Do (Full Channel Ownership)Scale Aggressively: Manage budgets of $100k+/month, optimizing bid caps and budgets to maximize ROAS.Creative & Copy: Write high-converting hooks and copy. Create static image ads in Canva and generate video creatives using cutting-edge AI tools (Sora/Veo).Technical Setup: master the setup of pixels, offers, and networks in Clickflare.Funnel Building: Build and optimize landing pages in GoHighLevel (GHL).Creative Strategy: Work with the creative team to ensure a consistent output of new angles and allocation of creative by offer.Who You AreThe Heavy Hitter: You have verifiable experience scaling affiliate campaigns to $10k-$100k/day spend on Facebook, Google, or Native platforms.The Niche Expert: You have deep experience in Home Services, Insurance, or Ecommerce (VSL).The Problem Solver: You are proactive.
