Summary 

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Accountant Analyst to become an integral part of our Finance team. In this role, you'll assist in various financial tasks, including maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company's growth initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of accounting within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the month-end closing process.
  • Be responsible for Fixed Assets control and Finance Leases.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting and tax regulations for the technology sector, focusing on Brazil and the United States.
  • Supported ensuring the company's compliance with all legal and tax requirements.
  • Assist in analyzing financial trends and preparing detailed reports for management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Helped monitor and optimize operational costs by identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Assist in both external and internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Basic understanding of Direct Taxes and financial statement closure, including ECD/ECF.
  • Experience in USGAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Desirable experience in medium-sized companies (Experience in a Big 4 firm will be advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in English communication, at least at a B2 level or above.
