Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Analisar conversacionalmente soluções implementadas para geração de Parecer Técnico;
• Mapear fluxos automatizados via WhatsApp, identificando jornadas do usuário, pontos críticos e integrações envolvidas;
• Avaliar a UX conversacional, verificando clareza, adaptabilidade e segurança das interações;
• Identificar ambiguidades nas interações, pontos de segurança e eficiência de mecanismos de fallback;
• Garantir boas práticas de experiência do usuário e mecanismos de fallback em caso de falhas ou ambiguidades.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Experiência em jornadas conversacionais via WhatsApp, RCS, chatbots ou similares;
• Sólido conhecimento em UX Writing;
• Comunicação clara e perfil colaborativo;
• Conhecimento em Design System;
• Conhecimento em Design Thinking;
• Experiência com Figma;
• Conhecimento em mapeamento de Jornada do Usuário;
• Experiência com produtos de Telecom ou assistentes virtuais (desejável).
