Gerenciar métricas relacionadas ao programa, incluindo acompanhamento de orçamento, monitoramento de desempenho e gestão de KPIs; construir e manter relações colaborativas com instituições públicas, como prefeituras, escolas e conselhos de educação; planejar e executar iniciativas promocionais utilizando sites e plataformas de redes sociais; organizar e executar eventos e sessões de formação/capacitação de professores; coletar e analisar o feedback dos participantes para propor melhorias no programa; apoiar pesquisas e estudos relacionados à cultura musical; coordenar com departamentos internos e parceiros externos, garantindo agendamento e comunicação eficazes.
Requisitos:
Conhecimentos fundamentais de música (por exemplo, teoria musical, música clássica, pop e tradicional); forte interesse em atividades educacionais e de conscientização, com excelentes habilidades de comunicação; experiência em gestão de projetos; experiência prática no gerenciamento de dados numéricos e indicadores de desempenho; experiência no planejamento e execução de promoções digitais (sites e redes sociais); experiência em planejamento e operação de eventos; forte capacidade de trabalho em equipe e adaptabilidade em ambientes dinâmicos;
Formação acadêmica: Graduação em Educação Musical, Educação, Musicologia, Políticas Culturais ou áreas correlatas.
Idiomas: inglês fluente
Domínio do Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
