As Procurement Analyst 1 responsible for the Animal Nutrition & Health (Monogastric) area, based in São Paulo, Brazil.

As Procurement Analyst 1, you will be responsible for supporting strategic and operational procurement activities, ensuring supplier alignment, cost efficiency, and the timely acquisition of materials and services.

We are looking for a professional with at least three years of experience in procurement, who demonstrates strong commitment and collaboration skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Effectively interact with stakeholders, including Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Production teams
• Develop and source new materials to meet business needs
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost savings and payment terms
• Manage and maintain outline agreements and related documentation
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to ensure optimal conditions and compliance
• Oversee the end-to-end SQM-TW tool process (Supplier Quality Management – Third-Party Workflow)

You Bring

• Proficiency in Portuguese and intermediate to advanced English
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proactive attitude and strong commitment to overcoming challenges
• Experience with SAP (Production Module)
• Completed secondary education; ongoing or completed higher education is preferred
