Role Description / What this role is all about

As a Partnership Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving regional growth by developing, managing, and elevating partnership programs that increase revenue generated from existing partners. Operating as an individual contributor and reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships / PDM Team Leader, you will act as the primary liaison between Infobip and its partners—building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term collaborations that expand business impact and market reach.

In this role, you will work closely with partners to define go-to-market strategies, establish business goals, and track performance related to new clients, revenue, and gross profit. You will collaborate extensively with global and regional teams — including Global Strategic Partnerships, Presales & PO, Product, and Marketing — to create compelling value propositions and consistently lead internal coordination as the project lead.

Success in this position means nurturing strong partner relationships, unlocking new opportunities for growth, driving adoption of Infobip programs, and contributing directly to the region's long-term performance through a well-structured and strategic partnership ecosystem.

Qualifications / What makes you a strong fit

Sales

  • Proven success meeting revenue and gross profit targets through partner-driven initiatives and embedded partner strategies.

  • Strong execution mindset, ensuring sales alignment and seamless collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • Deep market and vertical understanding, with the ability to influence customer decisions toward the company's products and solutions through compelling use cases and value propositions.

  • Comfortable representing the company at events, panels, conferences, and other thought-leadership or PR activities.

Business Development

  • Proven experience developing, managing, and scaling commercial partnerships, particularly with partners selling SaaS solutions and operating within partner-led sales models.

  • Strong ability to build, maintain, and expand long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.

  • Skilled in leading joint business planning processes, including defining shared objectives, financial targets, critical milestones, and execution plans.

  • Experience organizing and leading planning sessionsessions, quarterly business reviews, recurring partner communications, and partner-facing initiatives.

  • Structured and scalable approach to partner business development and relationship management, with the ability to scale processes regionally or globally.

Ecosystem Development

  • Demonstrated capability to actively build and scale high-impact partner ecosystems by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding partners that accelerate revenue, expand market coverage, and create competitive differentiation through well-defined Joint Business Plans (JBPs).

  • Strong project leadership skills, driving adoption of company programs, partner enablement initiatives, and compliance with partnership agreements.

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee successful partner implementations and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) post-implementation.

  • Excellent communication and conflict-management skills, enabling effective alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Pipeline & Forecast

  • Experience turning partnerships into pipeline and revenue by leading joint go-to-market motions, co-selling initiatives, demand generation campaigns, and MDF-funded activities with a clear focus on measurable ROI and business outcomes.

  • Ability to forecast growth, analyze partner performance, and identify new opportunities within existing partnerships, ensuring alignment with regional sales plans, revenue targets, and gross profit objectives.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, ensuring accurate, up-to-date partnership data and reporting.
