About the role:
Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a service within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS) and is the indispensable tool for digital leaders. It is an exclusive, membership-based organization serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries. These members (including Fortune 500 companies & Governments around the world) benefit from the convenience of a single source of knowledge and insight focused on CIO-level challenges, service delivery in their context, the shared knowledge of the world's largest community of CIOs, and the assurance of Gartner objectivity and independence.
What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of 30+ member relationships
- Provide advisory services to CIOs (at least monthly), utilizing Gartner's expertise, tools, and resources to deliver actionable and objective insights. These insights are designed to support smarter decision-making and enhance performance aligned with the organization's key priorities.
- Enhance the impact of your insights by evaluating each member's Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a tailored service plan to address their specific needs.
- Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars
- Present or facilitate at Gartner events where relevant
- Build a strong partnership with Gartner's Sales organization and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business
What you will need:
- Candidates must have experience in the Public Sector, either as an employee or by providing third-party services to organizations within this industry.
- Ideal Candidates will have 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, particularly in consulting or C-level positions. Your experiences should cover areas such as AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Hyperautomation, Digital Experience Platforms, Superapps, Digital Twin technologies etc.
- Proven track record of leading or co-leading large, critical programs, preferably in the realm of digital transformation. Experience in managing end-to-end transformative initiatives is essential.
- Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of CIO priorities and challenges. This includes the following IT-applied disciplines: leadership, strategy; governance; performance management (metrics, OKR); financial management; talent management; sourcing, procurement and vendor management; IT operations model. An understanding of how Gartner services can address today's CIO challenges is highly desirable.
