Your Role
- Lead multidisciplinary projects for product development, connecting key areas such as olfactive design, perfumers, applied research, commercial, and other business units.
- Transform insights, market data, and consumer trends into strategies and business opportunities.
- Manage presentations and projects, translating creative ideas into memorable proposals aligned with the company's competencies.
- Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence in the region.
- Act as an ambassador of Symrise values, articulating solutions in a clear and engaging way.
- Support the development of young talents by sharing knowledge and fostering growth in marketing.
About You
About You
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- Previous experience in the B2B market – ideally within the beauty industry.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Willingness to travel.
