Marketing & Product Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and execute support to client's product developments by providing marketing intelligence to select the most relevant solutions. Ensure the right marketing support to maximize Firmenich’s chances to win/defend business. Manage proactive and reactive projects with excellence, working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure relevant, business-oriented product developments.
Position Firmenich as the supplier to count on for competitive added value market knowledge, brand understanding, inspiration and winning solutions.
Create and implement the portfolio strategy. Ensure the right portfolio of solutions for the category/market and promote it accordingly. Fill the gaps when needed with technical and commercial teams.
Continuously develop and maintain category/market expertise (macro trends, consumer drivers, category & market dynamics, flavors, technologies,etc.). Consolidate this knowledge into relevant tools that can be shared internally and with clients reverting in new business opportunities.
Deploy global & regional strategies at category/market level; identify with commercial teams future opportunities to develop the business and action plans to go after them.
Proactively develop the right promotion tools with the proper push to sales. Monitor usage and get learning for future improvements.
**We value**:
Proficiency & solid experience in analyzing, interpreting and reporting Marketing Intelligence data from Euromonitor, Mintel, Global Data, Nielsen, etc.
Advanced/Proficiency in English is necessary
Experience in creating and executing business plan
Experience developing and managing P&L
Good level of technical understanding of F&B, flavors & technologies.
