About Us

As n Insurance Verification Specialists you will play a vital role in ensuring patient insurance data is accurate, up-to-date, and efficiently managed. By leveraging payer portals and internal systems, our team helps clients maintain smooth and compliant workflows with precision and professionalism.
What You'll Do
Access payer web portals to retrieve and verify patients' current insurance details.
Cross-reference insurance cards scanned into the client system to ensure data accuracy.
Update patient accounts with the most current insurance information.
Document all actions taken in both internal and client systems.
Work independently from assigned work queues while meeting daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
Follow client-specific policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in insurance verification is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
