Transformar necessidades de negócio em requisitos claros, testáveis e rastreáveis; sustentar a entrega até a validação em produção.

Responsabilidades:

  • Discovery

Entrevistas e mapeamento AS-IS/TO-BE (BPMN); regras, SLAs e políticas.

Epics/user stories com critérios de aceite e métricas de sucesso.

Avaliar opções (buy/build/config) e fatiar MVP.

  • Build

Refinamento contínuo do backlog; apoiar QA/UAT e definição de dados de teste.

Manter matriz de rastreabilidade (requisito story teste evidência).

Preparar manuais, procedimentos e treinamento.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com metodologias de gestão de projetos, incluindo práticas ágeis.
  • Fortes competências de comunicação, documentação e resolução de problemas.
  • Capacidade para liderar discussões e influenciar decisões.
  • Domínio de documentação e ferramentas de backlog
