SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

We are in search of a Data Analyst with a keen focus on Revenue Optimisation to join our dynamic BI team. Your primary mission will be to extract actionable insights that will significantly enhance our CRM strategy, expand our customer base, and elevate the caliber of our customer interactions. In this role, you will wield the power of data analytics to influence strategic decisions and drive the success of our business initiatives.

• Delve into customer data to discern trends, behaviours, and preferences
• Formulate and execute strategies to boost customer engagement and retention
• Join forces with the marketing and product teams to refine CRM campaigns for maximum impact
• Employ data-centric methods to pinpoint new customer acquisition opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing departments to roll out targeted campaigns aimed at user acquisition
• Vigilantly track and report on the progress of initiatives designed to grow the customer base
• Assess customer lifetime value, categorising customers by their potential and actual value
• Strategise to attract and nurture relationships with high-value customers
• Work alongside customer support teams to resolve issues affecting customer contentment
• Gather, scrutinise, and interpret complex data sets to unlock meaningful insights
• Craft comprehensive reports and dashboards, presenting findings to key stakeholders
• Offer well-founded recommendations driven by thorough data analysis

• Studies in Computer Science, or a Data related field, would be welcomed
• Proven experience in Data Analysis, ideally within the iGaming industry or similar fields
• Proficiency in key data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Exceptional analytical prowess and problem-solving capabilities
• Stellar communication skills paired with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written is required.

• Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
• Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;

Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
